Promoting Farmer Producer Organisations
We organise farmers and guide them in establishing their own Farmer Producer Organisation.
Board of Director Support & Capacity Building
We build the capacity of FPO Directors and members to strengthen and ensure the long term sustainability of the Farmer Organisations.
Business Development & Market Linkages
We capacitate the FPO members to understand the market dynamics and business skills so they can develop business plans for FPO, we also facilitate forward and backward market linkages so that FPOs can sustain in market and generate better profits for their members.
Access to Farm Machinery via Customer Hiring Centre
We support FPOs and farmer groups in establishing their own Custom Hiring Centre so that member farmers can access the improved farm machinery at affordable prices.
